About Beatrice

From a high-flying career in international hospitality to a devoted mother, Beatrice's pivot to health and wellness was born from personal adversity and a passion for change when she reached perimenopause herself. Today, she is successfully coaching women to obtain lifelong healthy habits whilst still enjoying life.

Beatrice Caffrey is a certified Health & Nutrition Coach (International Institute of Health & Nutrition), Wellness Coach (Mayo Clinic) and Personal Trainer (Elite Academy).
