CRANBERRY ORANGE SAUCE
This easy homemade Cranberry Sauce is so quick and easy to make, and the addition of orange juice gives it a delicious zesty flavour. It only uses five ingredients and you can enjoy it with all your favourite festive dishes. I often make it a few days ahead so it’s ready for the big day.
You can freeze it or even fill it into jars and enjoy it for a few months after the Christmas season. I made a dozen jars last year and really recommend this tasty Cranberry Sauce not only on Christmas Day, but with porridge, granola or spooned over pancakes at any time of the year.
